Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal S1/sederajat
2. Pengalaman minimal 8-10 tahun di bidang pengembangan bisnis dan 5 tahun di tingkat Senior Manager atau 3 tahun di posisi setara GM
3. Pengetahuan dan Keahlian : Business Strategy, Market Analysis, Project Management, Creative Direction

Skill yang Dibutuhkan

1. Strategic Business Development (Market Analysis, Expansion, Potential Revenue Growth).
2. Design & Development (Design Strategy - lean conceptual & execution of design project enhance the esthetic aspect & functionality, Project Management alignment with project division to meet the timeline, budget, function requirement / TOR, Innovation - Design solution to improve customer experience & Operational efficiency)
3. Operational Alignment : (To ensure cohesive execution of project by Team Management - including design , leasing / marketing & operation)
