The Deputy Chief of IT Data Center, Support, and Operation is responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, data center management, and IT support functions. This role ensures high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems while leading a team to provide seamless operational support. The position works closely with IT leadership to develop strategies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in IT service management.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center management, and IT support.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
Proficiency in cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL Certification
Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNP, VCP)

Key Responsibilities:
Data Center Management:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of the organization's data centers.
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Implement data center policies, procedures, and best practices.
IT Operations & Support:
Manage and optimize IT support services to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues.
Lead IT service desk teams to provide excellent end-user support.
Implement ITIL-based service management processes.
Infrastructure & System Management:
Ensure smooth operation of servers, storage, network, and cloud environments.
Work with cybersecurity teams to maintain system security and compliance.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop IT support and data center teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with other IT and business units to align technology with organizational goals.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
Assist in developing IT strategies and roadmaps for infrastructure and operations.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for IT operations.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting for audits and reviews.
