Manages daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.

Manages the teams, ensures customer service in Food and Beverage areas of the company. Assures constantly and consistently of maximum guest satisfaction with efficiencies operation. Coordinates and helps to implement the training program for the staff frequently.

Run efficient, profitable all outlets, with well trained teams, proper mannered and attentive staff, and ensure efficient and proper equipment.

Kualifikasi

• Excellent communication skill, written and verbal
• Minimum 1 year experiences in the same position at a 4* hotel / resort
• Strong interpersonal skill and leadership
• Honest, trustworthy, open minded, independent and must be able to work as team
• Creative and communicative
• Highly motivated, energetic and great personality
• Able to build relationship with colleagues and clients in professional manner at all times
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Result oriented
• Able to drive and has a driving license
